Selamat Hari Raya...

Selamat Hari Raya....

dah lame tidak memblog-kan diri... kebzan di mase raye mmg x dapat disangkal... mase raye le kije yg byk baru nak terbuat... huahua....

tetapi dgn kesibukan semasa raya ni la mmg sesuai utk membesarkan badan...
as 7/10/2008, bgn pagi je gua tros timbang selepas da smggu x tmbg(last timbang sehari sblm raya... 96kg).. and my current weight, macam dijangkakan naek... skrg sudah 97.4kg... huhu sungguh sedey rasenye pagi ni...

tp xpe... perjuangan masih perlu diteruskan... baru td mase kelas borang utk size jubah grad nanti da di-distributekan(gile rojak.. hehe), and gua dgn beraninye mengambil satu size kurang dgn gua skrg... so nak xnak kene kije keras la, kalo x nanti jadi hulk la plak mase grad kan? hehehe...

So below is my diet plan start from tomorrow...

Breakfast: cereal + white/brown bread + milo
Pre- lunch- biscuit/apple
Lunch - as usual
pre-dinner - capati/tosai + milo/horlicks
dinner - lighter than lunch

later i'll update on my workout plan... so until then... selamat2...

Ohayo!!!

Hello everybody... im back... XD...

Its been a while... and for the last week i didnt post about my progress here due to my health problem... tgh syok2 leh demam plak kan... ape leh wat, badan pon da naek fedup kot.. hehe

Da smggu da rasenye gua da x menyeksa diri with high intensity training... and tomorrow is the day to measure my progress again. this time i espect to have zero or negative progress compared to last time... tp xpela... relax, take it easy bro... xlari gunung dikejar... dateline ade lg 10bulan lagi... hehe

Cakap pasal dateline, teringat mase mule2 gua start ngn routine skrg ni, ade membe gua tanye...

Membe: oit, awat kome ni tetibe je nak berjinak2 dalam dunia aktif ni? dulu bkn maen malas lagi gua ajak xgerak... xtrase haiga(bkn name sebenar huhu) la gini...

Gua: kome rase pasal pe morita?(bkn name sebenar gak... XD)

Membe: awat ar? lu tensen ngn pompuan ke? or stadi? or mende2 seangkatan dgnnye?

Gua: Xdela morita... the reason is simple.. i wanna look great on my graduation day... Gamba2 konvo mau simpan lame woo, asmpai ke anak cucu nak tunjuk... InsyaAllah.. (terdapat sedikit anasir tokok tambah disini... hehe )

Hari Yang Memenatkan

Baru lepas balik mengeluarkan peluh kat tasik... setelah 3 hari x wat cardio, arini rase stamina sux gile... tak saba tunggu esk untuk tgk update...

Lagi 10 min nak masuk waktu maghrib, selamat berbuka semua... XD

Salam Ramadhan

Sebulan da berlalu... baru nak update ini blog, hahaha...
gua kurang rajin mau menulis skrg, lagipon skrg ni bln pose kan, banyak lagi mende berfaedah leh wat dari dok lepak dpn pc tls mende yg xde org nak bace ni. Sepanjang pose ni proses kesungguhan berlalu dgn agak smooth pada mulenye, tp sejak 2 3 hari ni ssh nak curi mase gi wat cardio...

SO this is my current update for my fatloss journey...

Height: still the same... perhaps.. huhu
Weight: 98.5kg

So total weight that i've lost since the 1st day is 4.5 kg.. and it seems impossible to achieve my short term target for now... but people do say, target for the moon, even if u phailed, u will be landed on the stars... hehe... wish me luck guys

Di sini bermula...

Assalamualaikum, selamat petang.

Di kala aku duduk2 sorang2 depan pc ni, tetibe plak terdetik hati nak bercoret tentang kehidupan seharian. Kekadang ade gak membe, pas url(uniform resource locator... huhu) pasal blog2 dorang, mainly pasal kehidupan harian. Tetibe terdetik plak.. best plak kalo menulis kat sini, xsume mende2 kite leh luahkan dalam bentuk perkataan.

Goal utame aku tok blog ni sebenarnye sebagai medium untuk aku post aku nye journey or journal in my fatloss program. ehhe tetibe plak kan... So camni la condition gua skrg

Lame dah x timbang, tetibe timbang kate wah... i better to do something about it. So starting from tomorrow, i will post about my excersize training and diet and also will update the result once a week. Harap ngn care ni leh la capai goal gua yang dah lame x gerak2 ni... hehe... My short term goal is to achieve 90kgs mase raye ni... wish me luck all.... so later k... :)
