dah lame tidak memblog-kan diri... kebzan di mase raye mmg x dapat disangkal... mase raye le kije yg byk baru nak terbuat... huahua....
tetapi dgn kesibukan semasa raya ni la mmg sesuai utk membesarkan badan...
as 7/10/2008, bgn pagi je gua tros timbang selepas da smggu x tmbg(last timbang sehari sblm raya... 96kg).. and my current weight, macam dijangkakan naek... skrg sudah 97.4kg... huhu sungguh sedey rasenye pagi ni...
tp xpe... perjuangan masih perlu diteruskan... baru td mase kelas borang utk size jubah grad nanti da di-distributekan(gile rojak.. hehe), and gua dgn beraninye mengambil satu size kurang dgn gua skrg... so nak xnak kene kije keras la, kalo x nanti jadi hulk la plak mase grad kan? hehehe...
So below is my diet plan start from tomorrow...
Breakfast: cereal + white/brown bread + milo
Pre- lunch- biscuit/apple
Lunch - as usual
pre-dinner - capati/tosai + milo/horlicks
dinner - lighter than lunch
later i'll update on my workout plan... so until then... selamat2...
